Day 6

Óbidos, Nazaré, Fátima, etc


Your modern motorcoach will depart from Lisbon traveling north to Óbidos (walking visit), São Martinho do Porto, Nazaré (stop), Alcobaça, (visit of monastery), Batalha (visit of monastery) and Fátima (long stop to pray at sanctuary), Leiria (dinner and lodging).

Day 7

Conimbriga, Coimbra, Aveiro


Early start to Conimbriga to visit the Roman ruins. Coimbra visit to the city including the old University, Bussaco (stop), Aveiro (visit), Espinho (dinner and lodging).

Day 8



The city that gave the name to the famous wine, Porto is waiting for you to visit the interesting landmarks and wine cellar (dinner and lodging).

Day 9



Guimarães the city where Portugal was born is the next stop. Visit there the Paço Ducal, then to Braga, including Bom Jesus, Ponte de Lima and return to Porto (dinner and lodging).

Day 10



Leaving Porto for the heart of the wine region. Amarante (stop),Vila Real, Régua, Lamego (visit), Castro d' Aire, Almargen (visit), Viseu (stop), and Urgeiriça (dinner and lodging).

Day 11



Climbing the highest mountain of Portugal, Serra da Estrela (Star Mountain), passing through Seia (stop), Penhas da Saúde, Covihã (stop), Castelo Branco (garden visit), Niza, Castelo de Vide (dinner and lodging).

Day 12

Castelo de Vide


Castelo de Vide walking visit to the old jewry Marvão (visit), Elvas (visit), continuing to a visit to Paço Ducal in Vila Viçosa, Redondo, Monsaraz and Évora (dinner and lodging).

Day 13



Évora is the museum of Portugal, visit the University, Sé, the Roman Temple. Return to Lisbon, via Setúbal (stop) arriving at your hotel around 6:30PM.

Day 14



Independent transfer from your hotel to airport. Flight home.
